Purpose

This document defines the permanent regulatory design philosophy of CSE Option Decision OS. It establishes the architectural boundaries that govern the platform today and guide all future development. CSE is designed as professional decision support software. It is not designed to replace the judgement of the user or to provide discretionary investment services.

Core Principles

1. Decision Support Only

   CSE provides structured market intelligence, analytical frameworks and decision support. The final investment decision always belongs to the user.

2. No Investment Advice

   CSE does not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations or buy/sell instructions.

3. No Trade Execution

   CSE never executes trades on behalf of users and will never contain one-click trading functionality.

4. External Broker Independence

   Users execute every transaction directly through their own independent broker.

5. Informational Broker Integration

   Any broker connection exists solely to display positions, portfolio context, unrealised P&L and exposure within the decision framework.

6. No Custody

   CSE never holds client assets, client cash or securities.

7. Transparent Rule-Based Engine

   All outputs are generated from predefined deterministic rules and calculations. Runtime decisions are not produced by AI models.

8. Portfolio Context

   Portfolio analytics are intended to improve decision quality and risk awareness, not to instruct users to enter or exit positions.

9. Global Compliance Mindset

   CSE aims to operate internationally while respecting applicable local laws and regulations. Product design should remain within the scope of decision-support software wherever possible.

10. User Responsibility

    Every user remains solely responsible for verifying information, assessing suitability and placing orders with their chosen broker.

CSE Option Decision OS is a professional Decision Intelligence Platform for options traders. It helps users understand market structure, risk, timing and portfolio context so they can make better-informed decisions. CSE assists the decision process; it never replaces it.
