CSE Capital is a software and education company. CSE Capital does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or trading signals.

CSE public materials are designed to support decision quality, education, process discipline, and risk awareness. They are not a substitute for independent judgment or advice from a qualified professional.

Early Access Requests

CSE Capital may collect name, email, optional company, optional trading experience context, profile type, experience level, capital stage category, interest preference, optional message, source, and manual approval status when someone requests Early Access.

This data is used to review early access interest and communicate about CSE Capital. CSE Capital does not request broker credentials, passwords, account access, account numbers, exact portfolio values, payment details, or portfolio documents through this form.

Users can request removal by emailing [email protected].

Product Documentation and Operating Boundary

The CSE Option Decision OS User Guide, Dutch Handleiding and Founder Updates are public product documentation and education materials. They describe CSE's intended product role, terminology and operating boundaries at the version and publication date shown.

CSE outputs — including Manual Action, Underlying Thesis, Tactical Status, Add Status, Option Position, Signal Confidence, Entry Levels and observation states — are decision-support fields. They are not orders, automatic trade instructions, personal guarantees or promises of outcome.

CSE does not place, modify, cancel or transmit orders and does not provide brokerage, portfolio management, investment advice or trading signals. Users remain responsible for independent validation, contract selection, sizing, risk, broker checks and manual execution.

Public documentation supports transparency and may be used to understand the intended product behavior. It does not create an advisory relationship, replace qualified legal or financial advice, or by itself determine the regulatory classification of a service. Actual functionality, personalization, communications, use and applicable law remain decisive.

If public documentation and actual product behavior diverge, CSE should correct the inconsistency. Versioned documents describe the product at the date shown; interface labels may evolve while the published manual-only and decision-support boundary remains in force unless CSE formally communicates a reviewed change.
